Confidentiality by default
Discretion isn’t a clause here; it’s the work. You’re trusting one person with the inner workings of your business.
Everything below exists so that trust is never misplaced. The most trusted offices are the ones you never hear about — yours is handled the same way.
An NDA-first relationship
Every engagement begins under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, before anything sensitive is shared. It runs both ways, and it continues after the work ends.
Access, granted deliberately
You’re never asked for more than the work in front of us needs.
Access to your systems, inboxes and documents is granted deliberately — one thing at a time, and only for as long as it’s genuinely needed. Nothing is opened up “just in case.”
Passwords and credentials
Wherever possible, access is arranged through delegated permissions, so no password changes hands.
When a credential must be shared, it goes through a secure password manager — never plain email or chat — and it’s rotated or revoked the moment it’s no longer needed.
How AI tools are used
Where AI tools speed the work up, they’re used with care, never at the expense of your confidentiality.
Your sensitive and identifying information isn’t fed into public models or used to train third-party systems. Any tool involved is chosen for how it handles data, and the judgement — and the final word — stays human.
Document and data security
Your documents stay in your own systems wherever possible, rather than being copied elsewhere.
Where the studio holds working files, they’re kept in reputable, access-controlled tools, shared on a need-to-know basis, and never left in unsecured or personal places.
When an engagement ends
Endings are handled as carefully as beginnings.
When we stop working together, access is revoked promptly, working copies of your material are returned or deleted as you prefer, and confidentiality continues indefinitely. You leave with your documents and your privacy intact.
Discretion, as a standard
Beyond any single measure, discretion is simply the standard the studio holds itself to — in what’s written down, what’s spoken about, and what’s never mentioned at all.
