Who is responsible for your information

The Chief of Staff Studio is a founder-led executive support studio, run by Romaissa Naji and operating as [Legal entity name], [Registered address].

For any question or request about your information, email hello@chiefofstaffstudio.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what a working relationship needs:

  • What you share when you get in touch or request a consultation — usually your name, role, company and what you’d like help with.
  • Business information shared during a Discovery Sprint or engagement, limited to what the work requires.
  • Billing and correspondence records.
  • Basic technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, from our hosting and security providers.

How we collect it — forms, WhatsApp and email

Contact forms

If you use a form on this site, the details come to us by email so we can reply. We only ask for what we need.

WhatsApp

The main contact button opens WhatsApp. Those messages are carried and stored by WhatsApp under its own terms. We keep our conversation only as long as it’s useful to you.

Email

When you email us, we keep your message and address with our email provider so we can reply and hold an accurate record.

Why we use your information, and the legal basis

We use your information to run the relationship — to reply, arrange consultations, prepare proposals, carry out agreed work, keep our records and meet legal obligations.

Depending on the situation, our legal basis is one or more of: your consent; steps taken at your request before a contract; performance of a contract; a legal obligation; or our legitimate interest in running and protecting the studio.

Cookies

The site is deliberately light. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies — only what is strictly needed to load and display correctly.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time without losing access to anything here.

Analytics

We keep measurement to a minimum. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and set up to avoid identifying you wherever possible. [Name your analytics provider, or “none”].

Service providers and third parties

A small number of trusted providers help us run the studio — for hosting, email, scheduling, documents, accounting and security. Each is given access only to what its role needs.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.

International transfers

The studio works remotely and internationally, and may use reputable service providers abroad, so your information may be processed outside your own country. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed, and to meet legal, tax, accounting or contractual requirements. Enquiries that don’t become engagements are kept briefly, then deleted.

Your rights

Subject to local law, you can ask us to:

  • access the information we hold about you;
  • correct or delete it;
  • restrict or object to how we use it;
  • receive a copy in a portable form.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — just email hello@chiefofstaffstudio.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

How your information is protected

Access is granted deliberately and kept to the minimum needed, credentials are handled with care, and information is removed once it’s no longer required.

Our full approach is set out on the Confidentiality page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the studio or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and any material change will appear here.

How to reach us
